LiFePO4 Battery Wholesale Checklist: What to Confirm Before Sampling
The key technical and commercial checks for distributors sourcing wall-mounted, rack-mounted, or floor-standing LiFePO4 batteries.

Battery sampling is more useful when the specification is complete. Use this checklist to align the sample with the product you intend to distribute or install.
Define the application and format
State whether the system is wall-mounted, rack-mounted, or floor-standing. Record nominal voltage, usable energy, dimensions, communication protocol, and the inverter brands or models that must be supported.
Confirm operating conditions
Request the charge and discharge limits, recommended depth of discharge, cycle-test conditions, operating temperature, and protection functions. A cycle figure without its test conditions is not enough to compare suppliers.
Lock the commercial details
Before sampling, confirm the label and carton artwork, included cables or brackets, documentation language, inspection method, MOQ, production lead time, and shipping terms. Keeping these items in one approved specification makes repeat orders easier to control.
Share the intended market and installation format with the factory team so the quoted battery configuration matches your channel.
